By accessing our store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms in full. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of updates.
All orders placed through our store are subject to acceptance and availability. Upon submitting an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order, but this does not constitute acceptance. We only accept your order once payment is confirmed and we have verified product availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for illustrative purposes and to help you make informed purchasing decisions. We strive to ensure accuracy, but minor variations in color, texture, or dimensions may occur, especially for handcrafted or natural material decorations. Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds. Natural materials like crystals, stones, or wood may have inherent imperfections (e.g., cracks, inclusions, or color variations) that enhance their uniqueness.
Prices displayed on our store are in the specified currency and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price charged at the time of order confirmation will be honored, provided the product remains available. Payment must be completed in full at the time of order placement using the accepted payment methods, which include credit cards, debit cards, and third-party payment processors. All payments are processed securely in compliance with applicable data protection standards.
For custom-made decorations, special terms apply. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun, as they are tailored to your specific requests. We will confirm design details, production timelines, and any limitations before starting production. You are responsible for verifying all custom specifications, as changes requested after production starts may incur additional fees and delays.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your decoration arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., structural damage, missing components, or faulty craftsmanship), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion. Defects do not include damage from improper use, wear and tear, or accidental breakage.
Returns for non-defective items are subject to our return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom items, personalized decorations, and clearance products are not eligible for returns unless defective. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the item, excluding original shipping fees.
You agree to use our products safely and appropriately. Decorations are intended for indoor use unless explicitly stated as suitable for outdoor use. We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions. Keep small decorative items out of reach of children under 3 years old to avoid choking hazards, in compliance with safety standards.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or store, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, inconvenience, or property damage. Our total liability for any claim related to your order or products shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected item.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our store shall be resolved through amicable negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
