This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the terms and procedures for returning or exchanging decorations purchased from our store. We aim to ensure a fair and transparent process for all customers, while upholding the quality and integrity of our products. By placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria: they must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Items returned after this period will not be accepted, unless covered by our defective product policy.
Custom-made, personalized, and clearance decorations are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects. These items are crafted to your specific requirements or sold at discounted rates due to limited stock, and thus cannot be resold or repurposed once produced.
For defective products (e.g., structural damage, missing components, or faulty craftsmanship), please initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos of the defective item, its original packaging, and the shipping label to verify the issue. We will assess the defect and arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion, free of charge. Defects do not include damage from improper use, wear and tear, accidental breakage, or minor variations in handcrafted items (e.g., color, texture differences in natural materials).
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: First, submit a return request through your account, specifying the reason for the return/exchange and providing any necessary supporting photos. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for packaging and returning the item. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs, except for defective items where we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for return items, as we are not liable for lost or damaged packages during transit. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage—reusing the original packaging is encouraged for optimal protection. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the package to facilitate processing.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will verify if it meets the eligibility criteria. For approved returns, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Refunds exclude the original shipping cost, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. Bank processing times for refunds may vary, typically taking 3-7 business days to reflect in your account.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is inspected and approved. Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead. Exchange shipping costs are covered by us for defective items; for non-defective items, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Items returned without prior approval, or that do not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., used, damaged, missing packaging), will be rejected and returned to you at your expense. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 20% for items returned in non-original condition, at our discretion.
International returns follow the same eligibility criteria but require additional considerations. International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. We recommend checking with your local customs office for guidance on return procedures to avoid delays or additional fees. Defective international orders will be handled with a refund, as international exchanges may incur excessive shipping costs.
