We strive to ensure your decorations are delivered safely, promptly, and in perfect condition, as we understand the excitement of transforming your space with new pieces.
Order processing begins once payment is confirmed and all items in your order are in stock. Processing times typically range from 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or for custom-made items, processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you via email if there is any delay in processing your order, including updates on backordered items and expected restock dates.
We offer a range of shipping methods to suit your needs, with delivery times varying by location. Standard shipping delivers within 3 to 7 business days for domestic orders, while expedited shipping options are available for those requiring faster delivery, typically arriving within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by our courier partners and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, customs delays, or regional transportation disruptions.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. During checkout, you will be presented with the exact shipping cost for your selected delivery method before completing your purchase. We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our store. Free shipping offers are applicable to domestic orders only unless otherwise specified, and do not include expedited or international shipping fees.
We take great care in packaging your decorations to prevent damage during transit. Each item is wrapped in protective materials, such as bubble wrap or tissue paper, and placed in sturdy boxes designed to withstand shipping. Fragile items receive extra padding and are marked as "fragile" to alert courier teams. Despite our best efforts, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item, packaging, and the shipping label. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.
For international orders, shipping times range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing. International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost, and we have no control over their amount. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the courier’s website. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the confirmation email. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly so we can assist in locating your package.
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or temporary accommodation addresses. All orders must be shipped to a valid physical address. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, resulting in delivery delays, returns, or additional fees, you will be responsible for covering these costs. We recommend double-checking your shipping details before finalizing your order to avoid any issues.
In the event that an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or refused delivery), we will notify you via email. You will have the option to pay for re-shipping to a corrected address or request a refund. Refunds for returned undeliverable orders will exclude the original shipping cost. If we do not receive a response from you within 14 days, the order will be considered abandoned, and a refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued automatically.
